Danielle Kireyczyk
Owner & Founder of REsistance

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Danielle Kireyczyk is a passionate advocate for health and wellness; physically, mentally & socially. Her mission to foster a community-driven environment for fitness enthusiasts and newcomers alike is seen and felt before even taking your first class. She understands fitness is not everyone's cup of tea and the majority of people really don't enjoy working out. At REsistance, her and her team are excited to challenge that mindset and get you to fall in love with movement, help you see your potential and maybe even feel a little less stressed throughout your day to day.
At REsistance, there is a presence offered to an experience that transcends the typical gym or group fitness class, catering to athletes and non-athletes of all ages. Her commitment to building a supportive and inclusive atmosphere ensures that everyone who walks through the doors feels like they belong. She hopes you will feel this energy as soon as you register for your first class whether it be an indoor spin class or small group strength class! You will see men and women ranging from all ages and abilities; the inspiration to keep moving is felt with every class.

Overall Review:

REsistance is by far the best in the business. The staff is super friendly & super welcoming. They always strive to see every member succeed; Danielle the owner is wonderful and is always willing to help and motivate you to schedule your next class. So happy I became a member as I work on becoming a better version of myself.
First thoughts coming in for your first class:

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for my first strength training class. Yes, I was a bit nervous. And for good reason! I was the only male in this particular class surrounded by a group of incredibly fit women. But everyone was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. Special shout out to Samantha who partnered with me for my first class and made me feel at home.
Overall, what's your experience with REsistance like:

I don’t have a favorite class, I literally love them all. They all work a different part of the body, and they all challenge me in their own ways. The instructors make it all come together seamlessly and my respect for them is HUGE. The energy, laughter, and authenticity they bring to class makes working out so much more fun while creating a space that feels real.
